Our all-inclusive inspection pricing:
$225.00 for homes less than 1500 sq. ft.
$275.00 for homes up to 2500 sq. ft.
and .10 a sq. ft. up to 5000 sq. ft. There are no hidden extra charges included at any time before, during, or after our inspection is completed unless there is a reinsepect after a repair. Please call for quote on all houses greater than 5000 sq.ft.
W.D.I. (Wood Destroying Insect) inspections are not included. That inspection requires a separte licensure, and is performed by our professional licensed company that works in conjunction with our own.
Re-inspection fee, if requested: $85.00 fee.
(Includes re-inspection of any repairs).
Phasal inspections are offered at a rate of $85.00 per phase of construction ,plus regular base pricing for completed home.
Inspected phases are:
(1) First Visit: Pre-pour of Slab
(2) Second Visit: Framing, Electrical, Plumbing
(3) Third Visit: HVAC, Roof, Exterior Sheathing
(4) Finished Home
Condos & Townhouses Inspection Fee $200.00
Duplexes: $300.00
Extra Service Charges:
Swimming pools $50.00,outdoor spas $50.00,
Pool/Spa Combo $75.00
septic tanks $$75.00,
pier & beam slab $50.00, sprinkler system $25.00 (up to 7 zones, $5.00 per zone thereafter), and gas line check $25.00.
Out of area charge (more than 1 hr drive time) $50.00.
These prices are in addition to the base home inspection price.
